Do you charge for multiple pets, for any of your services?

Accepted Answer

No, we don’t charge per pet — we only charge based on the time it takes to complete the service. If you have multiple pets or pets that require medication, we may recommend a longer visit to ensure everyone gets the care they need. We’re happy to tailor the visit length and services to fit your pets’ routine.

Do you provide Overnight Care?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer overnight stays where a dedicated sitter stays in your home from 8–10 PM to 8–10 AM. Your pet will have loving companionship all night long, with plenty of evening and morning potty breaks, meals served according to their routine, and lots of snuggles and attention.

Our professional sitters provide photo and GPS updates, so you’ll know exactly how your pets are doing while you’re away.

$100 per night

What is your deposit policy?

Accepted Answer

You can always find the full policy in the financial agreement you signed when first logging into your account — it’s always available there for review.
30% deposit for all bookings over $400
50% deposit for any overnight bookings
50% deposit for all major holiday bookings, including the week before and the week after the holiday
Deposits are due at the time of booking. Exceptions can be made at our discretion, but please note: your booking isn’t fully secured until the deposit is paid. We can hold it tentatively, but if the deposit isn’t received at least 45 days before the booking, it may be canceled.
